Promethean Warranties

Promethean/KOR-IT Warranty

All Promethean/KOR-IT manufactured parts are warranted against defects in material and workmanship when the Promethean/KOR-IT Warranty Card has been completed and returned to the factory by the user within 10 days of purchase of the drilling machine.

Manufacturer's Warranty on Power Units

The drill motor and the vacuum pump supplied on this drill machine is warranted by the original manufacturers.  To activate the manufacturer's warrant, you must fill out and return the warranty card to KOR-IT^® Inc.  In case of malfunction of these units, DO NOT attempt to repair the unit as this may result in the manufacturer's warranty being voided.  Contact the nearest authorized service station of the motor manufacturer.  If unable to locate the nearest service station please call KOR-IT^® Inc. for assistance.
